345 Washington Street, St. Paul
Enter through the Travelers Artists’ Entrance on north side of building along 5th Street

This workshop incorporates aspects of contemporary dance, improvisational dance, Augusto Boal’s Games for Actors and Non-Actors, and Min Tanaka's Body Weather/MB training. How can we thrive with change? What happens when we share a movement practice that allows for self-empowerment, agency, and empathy? How can we move past the construct of the mind/body split?

Please wear comfortable clothing. This class is open to all kinds of movers, beginning, intermediate or advanced. Space is limited. Advanced registration required. To RSVP, call 651.282.3115 or secure your spot online at https://ordway.org/event/movement-workshop-with-weave-performer-sam-mitchell-yaqui/
