In 2010, Rosy Simas began collecting historical Haudenosaunee documents and items of material culture. Displaying these items in galleries as companion exhibits to her performance works to share with other Native people and non-Native people, Haudenosaunee history and far-reaching contributions to our contemporary world.

The collection focuses on Seneca history, culture, language, families. It is a growing collection of books, photographs, postcards, newspaper articles, baskets, beadwork, census information, and much more.

The collection will become an archive for other Haudenosaunee people to access.
